Entry Procedure:

  • Only complete entries (including Coggins, check(s), liability release, and signed entry) will be scheduled without penalty. Entries received or postmarked before the opening date will not be considered. Entries postmarked past the close date will be subjected to a $5 fee.
  • If number of entries warrants, classes may be combined, divided or cancelled as needed.
  • Riders with disabilities are encouraged to participate. Contact show secretary for details.
  • Times will be on our webpage, emailed or you may call the Three Gaits office (608) 877-9086.
  • Entry Fees:
    • All classes: $25/test
    • Stabling: $20/day

Scratch/Cancellation Policy: 
Scratches before the closing date will be refunded. Scratches after the closing date will be refunded only if we can fill your times from the waiting list (if any). No entries will be carried over for future shows.

Stabling:
A limited number of stalls will be available day of show. No overnight stabling will be available. Stall checks and entry checks can be combined. Stalls are $20.

  • Clean Stall Deposit: In order to ensure proper care of stalls, an additional separate check of $20 is required. It will be returned/destroyed at the end of the show pending stripping of your stall before leaving. An appropriate area for disposal of bedding will be provided.

Releases:
Anyone riding a horse on the property must sign a release first: 

Releases are included in show packet and should be mailed in with registration materials to be scheduled for classes. Releases will be available from the show secretary on the day of the show. All riders must wear ASTM/SEI approved helmets (no hunt caps or derbies) and boots or shoes with heels at all times while mounted.

Directions:

  • From 12/18 the Beltline: Hwy 14 toward Oregon, east on Hwy 138 toward Stoughton, go ~3 miles, farm is on right.
  • From Hwy 51: just outside of Stoughton turn on Hwy 138 toward Oregon (NOT toward Cooksville). First farm on left past Lake Kegonsa Rd.

* must have 5 entries in combined tests (Class 14) to include jumping portion, if less than five entries riders will still be able to do the dressage portion.
